Screened Topsoil:
Screened topsoil is typically used for lawn and seeding.
It can be used in garden or flower beds but it is not as
rich as Triple-mix.
Triple-mix:
Our triple-mix contains screened topsoil, compost and
manure. If you are starting a garden or even adding to
an existing one, this product is an excellent source of
nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
Mulch:
Mulching is a job that makes other garden chores easier.
Mulch keeps weeds down, mainly by blocking out light
they need to germinate. Mulch conserves soil moisture by
reducing evaporation and helps prevent erosion caused by
rain and wind. Mulch also moderates soil temperatures by
keeping soil cooler in the summer and reduces the risk
of damage to plant roots in the winter.
Sand:
Great for playgrounds, sand boxes, or fill material.
"A" Gravel:
A gravel based product made up of small stones and sand.
Used as a base for driveways, walkways, patios and
retaining walls. Can also be mixed with mortar to make
cement. Available with ‘3/4 or 5/8 inch stone.
Clear Stone:
Used for drainage. Can be used on driveways. Available
in ‘3/4 and 5/8 inch.
Limestone Products:
Limestone Gravel:
Used for driveways. Compacts very well. Available with
‘3/4 or 5/8 inch stone.
Limestone screenings:
1.4” down to fines
This material is used for driveways as a base for patio
stones or interlocking brick. Compacts very well.
Clear Limestone:
Clear limestone products have none of the fine particles
the crushed ones have. Available in 2” or ‘3/4 inch.
